Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Suggestion Box, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

The service

The Suggestion Box is a platform for submitting, reviewing, and resolving suggestions with a transparent decision trail. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. You must be legally able to enter into these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, no unlawful, harmful, infringing, or abusive activity, and no attempts to breach security, disrupt the service, or access data you are not authorized to see.

Subscriptions, billing, and seats

The Suggestion Box offers a Basic plan (a flat monthly subscription that includes a fixed set of seats) and a Pro plan (billed per seat, per month). The number of seats you buy is the number of members you can invite, and you cannot reduce seats below your current member count.

Payments are handled by our payment processor. If a payment fails or you cancel, access continues for a short grace period (currently three days) and is then paused until billing is resolved; you can resubscribe at any time. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice.

Your content and data

You and your organization own the content you submit. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service. We process personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our intellectual property

The Suggestion Box, its software, and its branding are owned by us and our licensors. These terms do not grant you any rights to them except the right to use the service.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

Governing law
